ComTech's standard Robotic Extraction cell is designed to unload a finished casting from a die cast machine (DCM). Upon removal from the DCM, the robot will verify the presence of the casting and process it accordingly. Post casting proccesses can include: cooling the part, loading a trim press, part ID marking, or placing it onto a conveyor. Robotic Extraction cell can be used in either a vertical or horizontal press. Typical DCM tonnages range from 200-3500 tons.
