Parts Cooling

Our Static Parts Cooler provides an efficient, water-free solution for cooling your finished castings. Unlike traditional cooling methods, this system uses forced ambient air, with fans placed to create an upward airflow that works with the part's radiant heat. This approach ensures more effective and consistent cooling. A key benefit is our unique hydraulic clamping system, which holds the part by the gate or biscuit, eliminating the need for time-consuming changeovers when you switch dies. By operating in perfect harmony with your die casting machine's cycle time, our cooler helps you maintain peak productivity and part quality.

Quench Tanks

Custom-built quench tanks are available if the process needs it. Our standard systems utilize the extract robot to submerge the part. Alternatively, the quench tanks can include a pneumatic gripper to hold the part and a pneumatic slide to submerge the part. The quench tanks can be controlled by a PLC or electromechanical timers and relays for easy adjustment.

Cooling Conveyor

Quickly improve your die casting line with our specialized cooling conveyor. Custom built based on your needs, it uses powerful fans mounted right above the moving belt to blast air onto your newly cast parts. This rapid, even cooling is key to dropping cycle times, preventing parts from warping, and ensuring your components are perfectly ready for the next step, letting you get more high-quality parts out the door, faster.
